Book printing in Toronto

From a single archival hardcover to a coil-bound field manual, here is what our Toronto book-printing studio designs, prints, and binds.

01

Hardcover · Smythe Sewn

Lay-flat, archival, heirloom-grade

Lay-flat hardcover books sewn in 8- or 16-page signatures, so images never disappear into the spine. Wraps include image wrap, linen, leather, Arrestox, Fiscagoma, or exposed board.

02

Softcover · Perfect Bound

Clean, classic, bookstore-ready

Paperbacks with a thicker cover creased and glued to the book block. The familiar trade-paperback feel, printed to gallery quality.

32–500 pages Novels, memoirs, catalogs, and magazines.
03

Saddle Stitched

Light, fast, economical

Stapled booklets that lie reasonably flat and keep costs down at lower page counts.

8–80 pages (multiples of 4) Magazines, manuals, programs, and short stories.
04

Plastic Coil

Opens flat, folds back on itself

Spiral-bound books that lie completely flat. Optional clear covers and synthetic, waterproof paper for the field.
